TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama will host the annual Celebrate Local event at the Tuscaloosa River Market Tuesday, June 13 from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The event is free and open to the public. Featuring dozens of retailers and vendors from across West Alabama, Celebrate Local showcases a wide range of products and services. Attendees can shop for a variety of items including clothing, jewelry, home décor, art, gifts and more. Several restaurants will also be on hand to offer samples of their most popular entrees.
“We’re fortunate to have a wide variety of restaurants, retailers and boutiques in our community, and we’d like to invite everyone to come by and see what West Alabama has to offer,” says Alicia Gregory, senior director of programs and operations, the Chamber.
Presented by Visit Tuscaloosa, Celebrate Local is a great way to learn more about what our local community has to offer as it encourages people to think local first.
Attendees will receive a Celebrate Local tote at the door, which they can then use to visit vendor booths. Vendors have a variety of fun and useful swag and giveaway items for Celebrate Local attendees.
